Wednesdays- 6pm TBT A great class designed to get you looking and feeling great for men and women of all fitness levels!

Thursdays- 12pm Circuit Bar  An excellent strengthening program designed to get you feeling and looking your best with a range of circuit excercises using a weighted barbell!

Saturdays- 11am Cross Circuit  Are you looking for a challenging excercise program that anyone can do?  Cross Circuit will leave you feeling and looking incredible! This program is designed with a combination of boxing, Core excercises and kickboxing...

Saturdays-9am to 11am Teen Time This class is designed for teenagers boys and girls through a range of different excercise programs such as boxing, circuits, kick boxing, Cross fit & core strength Come & Check it out!
