CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
- Power Bar : The quickest way to get into shape with a rhythm and resistance class using weight barbells. Great for all levels of fitness including beginners (a high calorie burner!)
- SD : Program for Seniors, beginners and People with Disabilities program a low/moderate impact program designed for anyone starting off in group fitness and for seniors and people with disabilities to stay in shape. Calorie Burner moderate to high.
- Spin : This class is a group cycling class for men and women of all ages and fitness levels. Great for toning and easy on the joints! Also allows you to burn high calories.
- Freestyle Cardio and X-Trainer : Great cardio work out to keep you in shape while burning calories instantly in a circuit program. Great class for all ages and fitness levels. Come down today and get an awesome workout.
- Bob Jones Muay Tai : For Competitors, beginners or for fitness. Awesome way of getting fit and learning great moves, builds confidence levels and learn self defence and discipline and skills to defend from attackers. Calorie Burner high. A Sanctioned Sport at the Arafura Games NT.
- FACT : A personally developed martial arts training in numerous fighting techniques. Developing skills and confidence in self defence through Boxing, Brazillian Ji Jitsu, Zan Do Kai, Tae Kwon Do, Muay Tai and everyday lessons of life. Calorie Burner moderate to high.
- Boxing : Home of Sikaran Boxing Club NT Awesome training in fitness, techniques, cardio, speed, strength and conditioning work out for competitors, beginners or just do it for fitness. Including core muscles. Calorie Burner moderate to high. A Sanctioned Sport at the Arafura Games NT.
- Sikaran Kick Boxing : Home of Sikaran Kick Boxing Club NT. Awesome training in fitness, techniques, cardio, speed, strength and conditioning work out for competitors, beginners or just do it for fitness. Including core muscles. Calorie Burner moderate to high. A Sanctioned Sport at the Arafura Games NT.
- TBT : A taste of everything. Working the tummy, butt and thighs, finish off with a stretching phase. This class is a good introduction to group exercise. Start with easy to follow aerobic moves, and then move into the toning phase of the class.
- Circuit : Variation class. Circuit classes us a variety of floor exercises and weight machines to increase stamina, strength and cardiovascular fitness. Let the instructor take you on a different exercise journey each week! Participants can vary the intensity to suit their fitness level and needs. Suitable for all levels and ages.
