Sikaran Boxing Trainer Byron Davis
(Commencing Tuesday 8th February 2010 and Thursdays) $10 per class to pay to the Instructor
The class is broken into two segments at on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5pm.
- 5pm-5:45pm A group Boxercise class routines working on bag techniques that includes a great Cardio - High calorie burner class. Increase your cardio capacity, tone up, strengthen core - training to to help you get fit and maintain a healthy life style. Great class for beginners. Being pushed in a great environment. Bring your own boxing gear including boxing mitts or gloves and handmitts and a towel.
- 5:45pm -6:30pm A group Boxing class is designed to work on speed, blocking and countering, agressive and passive ring training. The training incoporates medium to high intensity cardio work out in boxing and those preparing for Amateur level competition training. All levels welcome to attend - Sparring is not compulsory for students attending. Must bring hand wraps, Boxing gear, gloves, and mouth guards.
Sikaran Kick Boxing - Trainer / Instructor Elton Davis
(Commencing Tuesday 8th February 2010 and Thursdays) $10 per class to pay to the Instructor Commencing 6:30pm-7:30pm
- Sikaran Kick Boxing originates from Sikaran Filipino Foot Fighting from a Province outside of Manilla Philippines. Instructors have trained through Mt Isa Qld Sikaran Martial Arts Club. A popular training program in fitness, strength and conditioning, martial arts training and promotion to rank levels.
