Under 18 Years of age

All clients under the age of 18 years old need to sign a consent form on the membership form (This must be signed by a parent or guardian before using the gym)

Child Minding

Are you having trouble getting to the gym because you can't find anyone to watch the kids?

Life Balance has an excellent child minding service in the mornings and afternoons for children of all ages. All of Life Balance child minders are certified with First aid as well as Occupational Health and safety and have a great attitude to working with young children.

The child mind operating hours are:

• Monday - Friday
  9.00am - 11.00am
  5.30pm - 7.30pm
• Saturday
  9.00am - 12.00pm

Pricing: $5 per child, $3 per extra child also available:Ten vist passes 1 child=$40 2 children=$50
